Questions families ask
Does KaziGo handle payment for care?
No. KaziGo connects you with caregivers. You agree the schedule and rate together and pay your caregiver directly. Your plan only covers KaziGo’s features.
Who pays for background checks?
KaziGo pays for the standard identity check, and a background check for every individual caregiver whose care type requires one. Each profile names the exact check and when it passed. Agencies check their own staff for now, and their profiles say so.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime from your account. You keep Family Premium until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and it won’t renew.
